These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lily Lash website and your purchase of any product from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
Products, pricing and availability
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and detail can vary between screens. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you place an order. We may correct errors in pricing or product descriptions and may cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full.
We may limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract forms when we dispatch your order. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers and customs. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping policy for details.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Safe use and limitation of liability
Lily Lash + Magic Mascara is a heated device. By purchasing and using it, you accept the following:
- Use the product only as described in the instructions supplied with it. Do not leave it switched on unattended, and do not use it if it is damaged.
- Heated styling tools can cause burns. You are responsible for selecting an appropriate heat setting and for handling the device safely.
- Do not use the product if you have an eye condition or injury, recent eye surgery, a recent lash treatment, or a known sensitivity to heat around the eyes, without first checking with a qualified professional.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lily Lash is not liable for any burn, irritation, injury, loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of the product, from failure to follow the instructions supplied with it, or from use by anyone other than the purchaser.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If the product arrives damaged or faulty, stop using it immediately and contact us.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have any concern about using a heated device near your eyes, speak to a qualified professional first.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content for a competing business, or to submit false or misleading information.
Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, photo, comment or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. You confirm the material is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Lily Lash or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or policies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
